Monthio instability in production environment

We experienced internal issues which affected our production environment, between Wednesday the 23rd of November from 14:44-15:10 CET.
The issue resulted in instability in the application flow and applicants were not able to finish their applications in the aforementioned time period.
Should you experience issues related to cases finished in this period, we recommend that you either write to our support (support@monthio.com) or create a new case and have the applicant fill out the new application.
We apologize for any inconveniences this outage might have caused.
